What is a Conference Bridge?

A conference bridge allows you to host a call with multiple particpants. It is secure and the call can only be opened by the bridge owner through an admin pin.

Do you have access numbers for the USA?

Yes, we have access numbers from both the east and west cost of the USA as well as the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand

Is there a contract?

No there is no contract. The service is paid for monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time or simply decide not to pay for the next period.

Why would you use conference bridge?

A conference bridge is ideal for business calls where particpants are located around the world. It can also be used for family calls or simply scheduled meetings with more than 2 people involved.

What bridge features does the admin have available?

The admin can mute or unmute participants and can kick people from the call. When the admin leaves the call the bridge call will end for everyone.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay and Paypal. We also accept bank transfer / standing orders for recurring payments.

Do I have to be a current Irish VoIP customer to get a conference bridge?

No, you can rent a conference bridge without any other service. If you have an Irish VoIP call plan or SIP Trunk you can access the bridge without charge using the shortcode 173.

Are there any hidden charges?

No, we only charge you a fixed fee to rent the conference bridge. Your participants may incur call charges to access the bridge using their nearest access number.
