To help you make an informed decision, we've compiled a list of our most frequently asked questions relating to Irish VoIP Inclusive Plans.
It takes about a week to move your number and you dont lose service. Your number will be setup ready for use on ordering and you can make outbound calls immediately. Once the move is complete inbound calls will route on the same settings. It is important that you dont cancel your existing service until your number moves to Irish VoIP as this could result in the loss of your number.
No there is no contract. All our services are prepaid. You can cancel at any time or simply decide not to pay for the next period.
Your minutes balance can be checked in the customer portal page for your service.
You can topup at any time for as little as €1 from the service page for your number in the customer portal.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay and Paypal.
Yes you can manage all your voicemail settings from your service page in the customer portal including enable/disable, pin and email address for notifications.
Yes you can enable and disable number privacy.
No, all call plans can be used directly with our servers without a PBX. If you have a PBX you can also enable calls to be made and received using your call plan via your PBX - see here
For the first invoice you are charged until the end of the following month. As the minutes bundle renews on the 1st of the month the recurring invoice date will align with this date from the next invoice.
