Direct Debit now available as payment option

As of 20th February 2024, Direct Debit is now available as a payment option on Irish VoIP.

A Direct Debit payment method can be setup when paying a new order or open invoice directly.

Once setup the Direct Debit payment method can then be made your default payment method in Account Details->Payment Methods

IMPORTANT NOTES:

All purchases including topup credit will only be fulfilled when payment clears from your bank. This can be a few days on first payment.
Failed direct debit payments will incur a 10eur fee
